How to Order

Step 1 - Prepare your artwork file |

We support PC and MAC files in all major formats:JPG,TIFF,PDF
- Please make sure all images are at least 120 dpi and scaled 1:1
- Please use CMYK Color format, RGB color format is not acceptable.(No refund in case using non-CMYK color format)
- bleed is not needed
- You can also compress the file (zip with winzip in PC or sit with stuffit expander in Mac) for smaller size upload.

Step 2 - Upload your artwork file. |

Upload Via FTP (Over 10MB)
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) allows for uploading or transferring of files via the internet.
There are two ways to connect to our FTP server:
Using a Browser (e.g. Internet Explorer)
1. Enter our FTP server address ftp.x2print.net into the browser’s address bar.
2. Login using the following details:Username: x2print@x2print.net Password: x2print
3. Create a folder with yours or your company name. Drag the files into the folder you created.
4. A progress bar will indicate the upload progress.
Using a FTP application
Use one of these addresses:
ftp.x2print.net
Username: x2print@x2print.net Password: x2print
If you use passive transfer mode, you may not connect to our FTP. Please try to disable it.
Send Via Email(Below 10MB)
Please compress your file before sending to order@x2print.net

Step 3 - Place your order. |

or send email to order@x2print.net
Please include the following informations in your order form:
Your name
Company name
Phone number (including country prefix)
Email address
Full details of your address for shipment
Name of the file you submitted
Quantity of systems
